Face mask elastic

We manufacture a wide range of elastic mask braids, intended for the medical sector (health masks) or for the security field (protective masks). We create flat elastic as well as elastic cord, depending on your needs.

The face mask elastic is braided with resistant materials (polyamide, polyester, polypropylene) mixed with latex thread, with all the guarantees of quality and traceability. On request, we also create hypoallergenic mask elastics, based on elastane.

Each mask elastic is 100% manufactured in our workshop in France, without subcontracting, with a rigorous control at all stages of production, to respect perfectly the specifications and ensure a perfect protection.

We offer a wide range of finishes: cutting, priming, adding a plastic tip by overmolding (service provided by the company Atiplast, also a member of the Gauthier Group). Each mask elastic is made in a standard color (black or white) or in a specific color, depending on the request, to fit the final product.

We are able to quickly design and manufacture custom mask elastics and meet high production demands, from 200 meters (by reference and color).

For ethical and eco-responsible face mask projects, we also offer the manufacture of organic elastic braid (GOTS-labeled cotton and natural rubber).
